The Atita Collection believes in prioritizing customer satisfaction and has a flexible cancellation policy.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, if the order has already been processed and shipped by our vendors/merchants, the cancellation request may not be accommodated.
The Atita Collection does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, food products, or other time-sensitive goods. However, if the product delivered is found to be of poor quality, a refund or replacement may be initiated upon verification.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 2 days of delivery. The request will be reviewed, and a resolution will be provided after verification by the merchant.
If you feel that the product received does not match the description or your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within 2 days of delivery. We will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
For products covered under a manufacturer's warranty, kindly reach out to the respective manufacturer for resolution.
If a refund is approved by The Atita Collection, the amount will be processed within 6-8 days and credited back to the original payment method.
